The saturation of the cells with oxygen is the last secret of eternal youth!
According to the scientists the aging process results from the process of oxidation in the human organism. The aging of our bodies is caused by an internal struggle between two cell factors, which influence on a third factor: the intensity and the continuation similar to the radiation effects – polyunsaturated fat, on which they have an effect, and protect from complete decomposition, and according to them the aging reduces the saturation of cells with oxygen, and due to increased acid in our cells substances called free radicals are formed.
These free radicals have a decomposing effect, on the normal cell metabolism, causing injury and accelerate the aging process. The revolution, which lasts in the past two centuries, has been associated with the possibility for selecting the right food – with the diversity and quantity that should enable optimal health, longevity and a pleasant life freed from the problems that cause various diseases. But, unfortunately this is not true.
The abundant diet, with the consumption of Fast food and Junk food, are far from healthy and optimal nutrition. And we forget the facts that: during the evolution of man, he has lost his ability to produce on his own, some important antioxidants such as: vitamin C and beta-carotene, whose role is to make the free radicals not harmful. However, there are some other antioxidants, such as melatonin and some enzyme-systems, which form a strong defense system against extremely destructive hydrosol-free-radicals, which are considered to be the most active and the most dangerous. These radicals are the most dangerous for our cells, mainly for the brain, in which fat represents 50 percent and are very susceptible to free radicals. As always, nature does not make mistakes, so it positioned the cone-like gland to lie in the middle of the brain, an ideal place for melatonin synthesis and secretion, in order to be tied to the frightening hydroxyl free radicals.
